[Loki is, as always, smiling, apparently entirely unconcerned by the situation. And, to be fair- the situation isn't of his making, and it isn't currently proving particularly dangerous to any of the few people he might be inclined to be upset about getting harmed. He'll get upset later, if they are.
He waves at the camera, a brief wiggle of his fingers, before he folds them, leaning on the edge of a plain white workbench somewhere in a plain white room. There's a row of tools hanging on the wall behind him, but not much else.]
Hello- again, if we've met, or not, if you're one of the very easily timed influx of new arrivals. If you're one of those, welcome to the ship, you're probably not going to enjoy the stay terribly much, and no, once you've checked in you almost certainly can't leave. I'm Loki, for what that's worth.
[He tilts his head, eyes half-lidded, not quite meeting the camera. It's... not particularly Loki-ish to offer help, unprompted, but he supposes he might as well. Besides, he most likely isn't going to do it for free.]
I bring you one or two offers that may or may not help, considering the corpse at the feast and the fact we're once again likely to be number one on yet another planet's most wanted list- and speaking of which, perhaps we can not make this one implode?
[He's... committed enough genocide, thanks. Past life, but still his memories.]
But yes- firstly! I finally broke into one of the many locked rooms, thankfully one entirely free of deadly skeletons, and found- well-
[He pans the camera; the room is barely recognisable as a forge, but close enough. The actual forge, anvil, water bath, tools, although everything is kind of rounded off and matte and black.]
I've been experimenting, and of course things take time, but if the Ingress swallowed your perfectly serviceable weapon and you'd like a new one, I'm usually capable enough.
[He pans back to himself.]
Secondly- and you don't know what making this offer means, so appreciate it- I'm the god of tricks and being in places you really shouldn't be. So should you have an emergency, and you ask particularly nicely, I may be able to offer one or two magical disguises, perhaps an odd emergency portal to the surface. I'll accept bribery, fervent praise, or favours to be collected at a later date in payment.

Mmm. If you need a distraction, you know how to get in touch.
[The fact he isn't asking for anything in return is the closest he really comes to altruism. He doesn't understand the heroic impulse, never has before, but he knows there's little talking people out of reckless actions when they set their minds on them.]
I don't think we'll be welcome back even if we wanted to return, so I'd suggest not holding back.

I hope I won't need to. But thank you. [She means it - he did tell her that sort of thing was costly.]
It is...harder to be gentle with what I can do to them. I'm more worried that I could go too far, break more than I mean to.

[Loki knows. It's one of the reasons he's reluctant to magic his way through everything; that could well be too far for him, send him back to chains and fire.]
I have no real solutions to offer you on that one, save the reminder that most of the people you'd be upset about getting hurt will also get upset if you don't go far enough and get hurt in the process.

[Containment isn't hard. Anger and fear in great enough quantities, however, make it much harder to control how much power is behind those blasts or how hard she might slam someone into a wall.
And Wanda's fairly certain Billy and Steve and Elizabeth and so many others would not be happy if she killed an actual breathing person this time, intentionally or not, defending them or not. She sighs.]
But if our people can be angry at me at least they are still alive.

[He lifts his hands in a slight shrugging motion. Loki's perhaps not evil these days, but there's still a wide streak of ruthlessness in him when it comes to people he's built no connections to and cares nothing for. Remorse is all very well, but at least it means being alive to feel it.]
Exactly so, and so would you be. And on the whole, I'd rather you returned alive and unharmed, as would Billy once he'd calmed down.

I don't think completely unharmed is possible. [Wanda's good, but beyond her shielding she's a regular girl in normal clothes. Getting scuffed up is kind of inevitable.] But alive, I can promise. I will not do that to him.
[Using Billy for guilt trips is super-effective...]
