Video: Backdated to Jan 2nd-ish
[The video comes on to show Tron in one of the medbay beds, sitting up but propped up on the bed as it's reclined. He looks tired, if a program can appear to be so, and the T-shaped pattern of circuits visible at his neck are dim, fading and brightening slowly. When he speaks, his voice is softer than usual, as though it's an effort to talk.]
Some of you may have discovered by now that there is another program aboard the ship. His name is Rinzler and he... can be very dangerous. If you see someone who looks nearly identical to me, but whose circuit lights are red, please try to avoid contact.
[Tron closes his eyes briefly, his circuits pulsing and dimming again. When he blinks them open, he looks as though he wants to say more, but he shakes his head minutely and concludes the video.] That is all.

This is beyond my ability to self-repair. You are one of the few on this ship who may be able to help, though.

How are you feeling? [Does he feel? He looks like it. This is so weird.]

How is he? I know he was injured as well. [Yes, he's actually worried about his double.] Is he still acting aggressive, too?
[He shifts a bit on the bed and winces... he can't move much without more of his code shattering, the gashes deep and still unstable.] I am... functioning, for now. Will require repair.

It's simple enough. He attacked me immediately upon sight. I defended myself. [It's not nearly that simple, but that's how he's going to start.]

He said that he thinks you're a duplicate, that you're 'glitched.' Do you know what he means?

As for "glitched", however... [Tron pauses, frowning.] That is incorrect reasoning. I can... try to tell you how he's processing, though I cannot know for sure. [All he knows is the way he thought when he was "Rinzler", and how that overwrite made him process who he was.]

[His circuits brighten briefly with agitation as he remembers how he was, back then, only following orders, the perfect soldier, the assassin, the killing machine. His gaze turns slightly distant.] I was once like him. But I returned to my original coding, remembered who I was, what I was written to do. He has not, apparently.
In that... state, he wouldn't even remember being Tron. So he thinks that I'm the one who's glitching.
[He focuses back on the video display.] Does that make any sense?
