Pathfinder Raeka isn't answering responses.
She's not... anywhere she should be.
Someone's seen her -- right?
I'm going over this station room by room until I can find her.

[ Nihlus is willing to set aside his spite for the sake of sorting this out. He likes Raeka. ]
If the person is not answering any venue of communication, odds are, the Ingress might have pulled them back. Assuming that's not the case for now, however...
Where was the last place you saw her?

She
[She doesn't want to think the Ingress took her away. Because there aren't any here. It should be different. They shouldn't have to worry like this.]
[She hates how much sense it makes.]
Our room. She left our room.

[ Nihlus isn't particularly optimistic, but then, he's seen this a hundred times by now. ]
If anything turns up, I'll contact you immediately. If nothing comes up, I'll contact you at the end of the day.

My Pathfinder did. Before Raeka.

Not every day, at least. Maybe as often as we get new faces -- month or so.
And no. Not really.

TEXT; ENCRYPTED
Nothing. And it had been long enough that, hell or high water, something would have turned up. Raeka was confident, independent, and reliable—as Vetra had mentioned, she wouldn't forget herself on Kaittos. She wouldn't have just stopped responding.
Encrypting her message, the first thing she sends through is a packet of data—possibly similar to what Vetra had already completed, but it never hurt to double-check data. Then:]
Have a look through my scans. I think it should cross-reference with yours.
I've talked to some others. Considering the rift tear for Kaittos, and the appearance of personal items, there's reasonable proof that the Ingress energy, if not the Ingresses themselves, are still in operation here. There's a high chance that Raeka's been safely pulled back to her own coordinates.
['Safely' was a pretty wide extrapolation, but it didn't hurt to be kind.]
TEXT; ENCRYPTED
[It's short and it's clipped and she doesn't want to. She absolutely doesn't want to. Raeka has to be here. It's... not possible she could be anywhere else.]
[She wouldn't leave.]
[And if she doesn't look, if she doesn't go through the scans or the data, then she can just... pretend a while longer, right? It's Shepard. Of all people, Shepard would understand that kind of momentary hesitation.]
[The momentary denial.]
But there's a chance she wasn't.
There is.

[Denial aside, she's not wrong. Anything could have happened.
And sometimes, you needed to bit to mourn in your own way.]
Do you need a hand with anything? I've got time.
no subject
It's
It's fine Shepard.
I'll find her.
[It's not fine. It's the furthest possible thing from Fine. But she's capable. She's in control here.]
[Right?]
