Made connections, networked... did whatever had to be done to get what we needed.

There's Ingress travel jobs. Those usually pay a decent amount on top of your monthly stipend. Downside is a lack of consistent employ, increasing controversy and potential parasites, but you do get to set your own schedule for the most part.

If you could list your skills, that'd be a start. Savrou has about all the typical jobs you'd expect to find in a civilization. Hospitality, arts, business... In demand skills are, of course, science-leaning.

The Ingress, the tech that brought you here, opens to a couple of locations every month. Each location is classified according to whether or not they've been explored previously. Exploration categories tend to be the riskier leaning, but there are safer, explored worlds that you can earn pay from doing sample collection.

So it's mercenary work. In a way. [But hey, if people pay for samples, then...] Guessing they post up a list in their complex. Or over the TABs, huh?

Hmm, Construction maybe? They're always hiring. Business admin? Or perhaps waste management then? Far less chances of accidentally poisoning customers and the pay is pretty good.

The TAB network is your best bet. Education and training for jobs are also very accessible here if there is something you're interested in getting into but don't have the skills for presently.
