I’m going after the thing we saw on that security feed. My associate and I want a few people who know what they’re doing.
The goal is one or two small teams to do the dirty work, but medical personnel or anyone with experience in containing potentially biohazardous material is also appreciated. We can hunt the thing down and neutralize it, but we’d like to capture it if we can, which means we’ll need a containment method.
Might save everyone a few trips to the decontamination center if the Savrii can determine what it is and if it’s actually dangerous. If you're interested, inquire within. If I don’t know you, be prepared to talk about your skill set. We’ll compensate you for your time.

Re: action
Or until they all start exhibiting symptoms, maybe.]
No, you're in.
[Setting things on fire is a valuable skill, in a situation like this.]
If you want.

Jack seems like a pragmatic sort. Maybe he'll be able to give him a real perspective.
Lavellan stops in front of him, holding out his arm.]
What if this becomes a problem?

I guess we'll have to cut it off.
[He is joking. Probably? It's hard to tell.]

That's what I was afraid of.
[Already he's trying to come up with plans. Solas already has experience with the whole emergency amputation thing, but that idea makes Lavellan's gut churn. He could look up techniques and do it himself, he supposes... Other people have survived limb loss, so there must be a way to do it.]

It would be a last resort.
[Because surely there will be other things they can try before they have to lop it off.]
You're not experiencing any symptoms, are you?
no subject
You mean aside from the headaches and nausea and the fact that I apparently vomited up a parasite several days ago? No, nothing out of the ordinary.
no subject
[But who knows, really? That's optimistic of him to say, and even he doesn't buy it.]
I want you to tell me if anything changes.

In the unlikely event it will pass notice, you'll be the first to know.

[Look at him...making a joke. This is an actual joke this time, not thinly-veiled talk about Real Amputation.]

I was going to say something about you being reliable in a crisis, but that's part of it. Would you rather I sleep in your bed?
[Obviously that's the only other option. Going, y'know, home is of the table.]

[Also his room is where he keeps the conspiracy wall. Guests are not allowed.]
Ana might let you use hers, but you'll have to ask nicely.
[Not that Jack would ever let Ana sleep on the couch. Preposterous!!!]
