[ Snake's fluent in six languages and has a passing knowledge of even more, so it takes him hardly any time to decipher the message. He wouldn't have thought much of it if it weren't that specific number: seventy-six. Seeing how he knows someone who goes by that title, it's pretty obvious this person is calling him out.

Maybe he should stay out of it, but who even knows if Jack will see this? Chances are if the message is meant for him, then he'll recognize it, but color Snake curious all the same.

The people from that universe just seem to keep multiplying. ]

[ There's no saying that this person means Jack well, after all. There's at least one person here with a huge vendetta against him. ]

[He sounds a little reassured, because that had been a source of frustration when he first arrived here--that he'd been so close to finding someone who he thought might have been Ana, only to be yanked away. This time he does manage to reach out to her, fingers skimming her sleeve almost tentatively, like he's not sure whether or not she'll dissolve under his touch. When it turns out she's solid, he steps a little closer, some of the tension leaving his shoulders. He exhales, and there's relief in it, like some missing part of him is slotting back into place.

She hasn't even been gone that long--but he already knows that she doesn't remember being here with him. Maybe it's best to just treat this like none of that ever happened at all.]

The others know. Didn't do a very good job of keeping it secret.

( There's a brief smile at his action, at the slight relaxation that Ana sees in his posture. It's rare, for good reason, but still pleasing to see. It's also a relief for Ana, to know that he is in some way alright )
