[It's been a while since Eggsy's addressed the rest of the crew, but he decides it's been long enough of a wait. He's got two very important things to throw out there, better to just get on with it. The first portion is a video feed.]

'Ello, crew. It's Eggsy.

[Not that they didn't know that, obviously, but yeah, anyways.]

I've got two things I wanna talk about, so here goes.

[He holds his arm up to get a good angle.]

I was thinkin' 'bout how we don't know how long we're gonna be here. If all we're doin' is going to this planet, then we should be quicker, yeah? I mean, stock up quicker, maybe improve the ship so that we travel faster. What do you's think?

[The second comes though as a voice to text.]

I'd like to hang out with someone. M'not sayin' it's gotta be a date, can be whatever, but it can be if you want. I've been thinkin' about a lot of stuff since I died. [And how being alone is super difficult for him right now.] Yeah, that's a thing. So seize the day an' all that. Can send back a private message if you're interested. Thanks.

[Eggsy hums softly, trying to think of where they should go.]

I guess my room, yeah? Cause I have blankets there.

[He shrugs a shoulder, then looks at Bruce.]

Or yours? Maybe the rec area? You think it'll be warm there?

[hyperkinesia]

I'm not even sure there's any place on the ship that's warm right now.

[ So far he's been choosing places depending on whether or not they're dry, which is about as comfortable as it can get. ]

If you have blankets, though, then I vote for the first option. I'm a big fan of blankets right now.

Me, too, yeah? It's even been hard to sleep, bein' so cold an' all.

[Eggsy's had some rough times, been through some shit, but he's never been so cold that his bones ached and he'd wake up feeling like he hadn't even slept. He starts towards his room, keeping relatively close so they can talk.]

I don't have a lot of blanket, some though, but I've been wearing almost all my clothes. Which is awkward, but whatever.

Awkward's better than freezing to death. I'd rather feel like a sausage than not feel anything at all.

[ Like right now, he's wearing a number of layers over the uniform, not to mention the thermal underneath. It makes it a little weird to move around, but it's the best option he has. ]

I miss having a hot water bottle. Not that it'd be hot for long, I know, but... still.

[Eggsy grins at the image, an aborted laugh tumbling from his lips. It's quite the mental picture, and not an inaccurate one.]

Definitely think we should get stuff to help in situations like this. Just don't really got money or anythin' to trade when we stop.

[Which is maybe something he should take up with the captains, but it's not important right now.]

Here we go.

[Eggsy rolls his thumb across the pad outside his door, gesturing for Bruce to go in before him.]

We'll figure something out. Even with no money, there's always a way.

[ And much like Eggsy, he's also thinking about talking to the captains. They might want people to have those sorts of provisions too, just in case something like this happens again. ]

[ He tips his head at Eggsy, then steps inside first. It's just as cold inside as it is outside, so he keeps his blanket tightly wrapped around his shoulders. ]

[Eggsy wondered if the captains would be pissed if everyone started asking them for things, but he didn't really care if they would be. He didn't think the crew was only their responsibility, everyone had to take care of their own, but he did think they owed them at least that much help since they all worked here for them.]

Hey, Stark. Make yourself comfortable, Bruce.

[He gives the dog a light pat to the head after it scurries out to greet them. Stark is fast, faster than anything he's ever seen before, and considering its size, it's pretty unusual to see. Eggsy gets the film ready then, coming over to sit on his bed after.]

He won't bite or anythin', but he is kinda bossy. Like, if I forget to go eat, he'll bother me til I do.

[hyperkinesia]

[ Bruce looks at the animal first, and despite the strange aspect, it's easy to tell that he's supposed to be a pet, something close to a dog. His expression of confusion turns into amusement when Eggsy says his name, and he smiles lopsidedly as he leans down to pet the animal's head. ]

Stark?

[ How very amusing. Too bad Tony isn't here anymore for Bruce to poke some fun at the guy. As a friend, of course. ]

I can see the resemblance.

[Stark stares up at Bruce a moment, then gives the man a look that clearly says he's okay. It was smart, his big alien dog, always seemed to know what was going on.]

Yeah, s'good name. The first superhero I ever met, Tony was.

[Eggsy grins at Bruce, gesturing to his bed and the one next to it.]

It's like we're havin' a proper slumber party or somethin'.

[hyperkinesia]

[ Bruce looks confused for a moment, then he remembers what Eggsy had told him when he'd been in the cage, about the movies and all, and he nods. ]

Right. Superhero. Well, I'm sure he'd be all pleased you named your pet after him.

[ Or maybe not really, what with how ugly said pet was. ]

You know, I never went to a slumber party.

Nah, probably not, ya know?

[Well look at the thing. Eggsy was fond of him, but he's not sure Tony would appreciate it at first.]

Guess it was cause he was nice to me, helped me out durin' some rough shit on one of the planets. I wanted to name Stark after Tony cause of that.

[Eggsy pulls the blankets around him.]

Me neither, bruv. Didn't really have mates til I was older and then slumber parties weren't the thing to do.

[hyperkinesia]

[ Of course not. Tony would probably whine and complain about it whenever he happened to cross paths with the animal. Or Eggsy. ]

That's surprising. You seem like a popular kid to me.

[ But then, what does Bruce know? Eggsy might be the kind who'd make a good friend, but that doesn't always play a part when it comes to being popular. Or having any friends at all. ]

So where do we settle in?

[Nobody really wanted to hang out at his place, not with Dean and his goons around, and Eggsy didn't have all the freedom to go to other's places back then. He wasn't necessarily lonely or anything, just hadn't done a lot of sleep overs.]

Ah, yeah. S'nice you think so, Bruce.

[People were fickle, but he had two best mates back home that had stuck with him through it all. Now that they were all older, and if he was still back home, he'd have had a place of his own that they could've come over to.]

Anywhere ya want. The bed with me, one of the others. Don't recommend the floor though.

[ Honestly, he just thinks Eggsy's nice, friendly and fun, he has little notion of what other traits usually make a person popular, especially as a kid. He was never even remotely popular - some days he went by without even speaking or being spoken to by his colleagues, and spent an inordinate amount of time being teased, taunted and bullied. Things only really started to look up when he made it to college, and even then he was always that quiet awkward guy keeping to the edges of the room.

He still wonders how he made any friends then - or how Betty even got an interest in him. Must be what people call a miracle. ]

No, I wasn't planning on that.

[ It feels a little strange to sit on one of the other beds, not knowing who they belong to, and besides sitting together on a bed is pretty much the same as on a couch. So he walks over to Eggsy's bed and makes himself comfortable, grabbing another blanket to cover himself with. ]

[Eggsy scoots back so that Bruce can see better, then hits the start button.]

Don't mind me if I fall asleep, yeah? Haven't been doin' much of it lately.

[And he couldn't seem to really rest unless someone that he trusted was nearby.]

It don't mean I ain't enjoyin' this or anythin'.

Don't worry, I won't mind.

[ If anything, Eggsy feeling comfortable enough around him to fall asleep only makes him feel glad, not bothered. ]

Thanks, by the way. For spending time with me.

[ Like Eggsy, he has few friends here, and he's learned to value them, now more than ever. ]

What?

[Eggsy shifts on the bed to accommodate Stark, and don't ask how it got up there. Does it jump? Fly? He doesn't know, it just moves fast, on the floor one second, the bed the next. Then he's glancing up at Bruce, cause he's never thought of it that way. He'd assumed it was mostly the other way around, Bruce hanging out with Eggsy since he was lonely and recovering from dying.]

Bruce, you're the one spendin' time with me. I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed.

[He reaches over and bumps Bruce's arm.]

So thank you, bruv.

[hyperkinesia]

[ It surprises Bruce a little, but he doesn't pay it much mind when Stark joins them on the bed. He reaches over to pat the animal in the head, but most of his attention is on Eggsy, knowing that he'll answer what Bruce's told him in one way or another. ]

Let's just say we're both spending time with the other.

[ It's a little bit of both, after all; but what he meant is that he's thankful that Eggsy really still wants to be his friend after all that's happened. Sure, he said that much when Bruce was inside that cage, but those were just words. Actions speak louder, always. ]
