Hello

Even with the contract I signed, this is a lot to process. Even after all I've seen in my life, time travel is kind of shocking to me. I keep wondering who else could be here. And how my age has been altered.

Anyway, my name is Luke. Luke Skywalker. I look like a boy right now, but I'm really an adult. I'm a little out of sorts right now, but I will help any way I can to make things better while I'm here.

I'm 48 years old...I have a wife and a son. But when I stepped through the...what do you call it? Ingress...I found myself like this. I'm just hoping it isn't permanent.

[Fatima is torn between skepticism and stone-cold belief. A sadly routine feeling. But there's no real loss in giving him the benefit of the doubt. For now, anyway.]

When I came through the Ingress, it took half of my stuff. I still haven't gotten any of it back.

I didn't have very much to start with, but I do still have it with me. This is the one thing that's different.

I just hope I don't have to explain it all to my wife. Or my brother-in-law. I love him and my sister dearly, but he likes teasing me at times. He'll never let me hear the end of it...

Originally, I'm from the planet Tattooine, but now I spend most of my time between two other planets...Coruscant and Yavin IV. I think I've heard of countries, but it isn't very common where I'm from. I think the closest we have is the...well, now it's the Galactic Alliance of Free Systems. It's kind of a interplanetary government.

[Coruscant, though? That sounds weirdly familiar. But Fatima can't place it. There's too much garbled noise up in her head from over two years of travel.

I don't think I've heard of Earth. But the universe is a big place. I'm not even sure of what all is in my home galaxy..

How are things with this group? It looks a little rough, with the crash and all, but I think as long as everyone works together, we'll be all right.

I've just always been a natural optimist. I do get teased about it at times, I'll say that.

I'm still grappling with the apparent time travel...seeing faces I thought I never would again.

[ Obi-Wan isn't probably the age he should be either. At thirty-nine, he feels every bit like he's forty-eight. And with the surroundings seeing fit to rob him of the Force, it might even be closer to fifty-seven as he was when Luke first knew him. He's particularly worn thin these days, even if he's fairly good at hiding it.

Strange times, these are.

He smiles at the image of another young Skywalker and can't help but notice the resemblance to Anakin as he was when Obi-Wan first knew him. ]

[ Saying as much only makes things all that much stranger, but for some reason, Kenobi doesn't think Luke will be all that bothered. He seems to have taken the rest of this quite well considering. ]

Do you have any way of telling if this is the way your body was when you were twelve, or if your adult body was... de-aged. Things like distinguishing scars or tattoos?

[Kerrigan is starting to feel like she got off easy with just being horribly weak and having an awful headache. But she is very curious about how this could happen as much as she's glad it didn't happen to her.]

[This is another shock. The man in the video is much younger than when Luke last saw him, but it's still unmistakable.]

[He tries to recover enough to talk again.]

It's good to see you, too. It's hard to understand all of this, but perhaps the Force brought us together for a reason...Although I can't feel it right now. Not my first experience with it, and I don't like it. It's like I'm blind and deaf in a way...

I don't....I'm not sure.

I did wander a bit too far from home once and get hurt, but the way our technology is, it's rare to even have a scar afterward. If it's there, it's very hard to see.

So much for an easy answer... and as much as I hate to say it, being spontaneously turned into a child is not the most pressing matter right now.

[ Oh, does he. And much like Luke, this isn't a first for him, although it has presented itself much more strikingly this time around. Being cut off from the Force is unlike anything Obi-Wan's experienced in his lifetime and when he thinks about it too much, it becomes oddly terrifying. Not that he'd ever admit that. ]

I hope it's just temporary. My wife and son have got to be so worried if they can't feel me in the Force....through our Force-bond...Leia, too.

[That Force bond is making it worse for Luke. It's like suddenly losing half of his soul. They can always feel each other, even on different planets. And that's suddenly gone. And of course he has his twin bond with Leia and his link to little Ben.]

And yes. You were much older. [ Tattooine life takes a hsrsh toll, that much is clear now.] But you taught me what you could. I feel I owe so much to you.

[Like his life...his family's very existence...if not for Obi-Wan, he, Han and Leia would have died on the Death Star.]
