[When Dutch appears on the MID screen she's about ready to turn in for the night. She looks vaguely sleepy, but she's still smiling.]

So someone inspired a particularly brilliant idea and I wanted to gauge interest among you Moirans. How many of you have an interest in playing baseball?

[She raises her eyebrows as it occurs to her that not everyone knows what baseball is.]

Ah... Right... It's an Earth activity involving hitting a ball with a... Pole or a stick of sorts. You run around a diamond and people try to tag you out before you make it all the way around. It's a little difficult to explain, but it's quite fun. I'm sure I could teach it to people if given the chance.

[She yawns, putting a hand over her mouth.]

There have to be more than two baseball fans aboard the ship, right?

Never played it. [He's always used a bat for other things.] But I am willing to learn.
