My fellow Cybertronians, citizens of the Moira. Some of you already know me, for those of you who do not, my name is Starscream. I am the current elected ruler of the planet Cybertron, but today I come before you with a confession. You see, my time here has given me a chance to reflect on my position, and myself as a whole. I've had the opportunity to scrutinize the choices I've made in the past, how my experiences, my failures, may affect my ability to lead a planet into an era of true peace and prosperity. To keep things short and simple, I have come to the conclusion that I am, at this current time, unfit to rule.

Given the circumstances, I'm unable to officially resign, simply because we lack the proper paperwork, but I ask my fellow Cybertronians to rest assured. By the time we're able to return to our home, I will have become every bit the leader our people deserve. I promise you this.

You know what your problem is? You're so concerned with what everyone thinks of you that it becomes a big gaping vulnerability. You're easily conned because you devote so much time and energy to the view point of others so a point where you are oblivious to what is actually happening.

No, you don't. And even if if you did that doesn't change the fact that you care too much about it.

What I'm saying is, who cares if people think you're stupid or underestimate your abilities?

The only person it really hurts are themselves. There's a bot back home, I don't know if you have one in your universe as well but -- his name is Grimlock. Has some sort of speech glitch. It makes people think he's nothing but a stupid brute. And he uses it to his advantage.

The more people who assume you are something lessor, somehow inferior, the more who will ultimately and foolishly underestimate how dangerous you can be. The best opportunity to strike is when others least expect it. And the best way to gain that advantage is to just let people think you're not worth their time.

So yes, I am telling you to stop caring.

I thought you were annoying before, but somehow it's even more annoying when the scrap you spew makes sense.
