Is this thing- [The feed starts to show a teenage girl staring down at the feed. Her bottom lip is between her teeth, before she lets out a little huff, sending strands of white and brown hair fluttering away from her face.] Okay. [A slight drawl to that, as a gloved hand pushes her hair back behind her ear.] I've seen and heard some crazy things, but Ah gotta admit, this? I think this takes the blue ribbon.

[Not to mention the fact that she still feels like she wants to puke her guts out.] Ah get what was said by those people that I spoke with. I'm not stupid, but... Well, I mean, it's a bit hard to accept this. That guide- [The tone of her voice really says it all about the guide. But, if what it says is true... It is a lot to take in, and a lot that really doesn't seem right or real.

Of course that leads to a lot of other questions, such as who, and why, and how.] Is it true though? Any of it? Twin planets and space travel- We ain't even gone beyond the moon yet!

I'm afraid, my dear, it's all true. I spent some time on board the Moira, the ship that got us to the Midway Hub, and then here.

[He smiles, trying to be reassuring.] You're looking for people who know about Xavier's Institute, you don't have to look far. Charles Xavier.

But, isn't there some ship, or technology, or, or portal- something that can just take us back to where we were?

[Not that it is life or death that she gets back, but the cure... Logan's words echo through her head. Storm's words echo through her head. Yet, they don't kill people with their touch.

But her own interest perks when he talks about the institute, only to freeze.]

You- [Charles Xavier? But he's so young... And not bald...] Professor? But- [And maybe she is gawking, and yet... She can see it, not that it makes anything clearer.]

There was. The Ingress was never designed to bring people from other times or worlds though, so it may take time for the Savrii to help us home.

[He can see this will take some time for her to adjust to everything. At least the time shenanigans. At least everyone there was welcoming and bound to be helpful. At least a few he knew would be.]

[Which... Is strange. She's always seen him as someone who could figure things out. But she nods at that. Rogue is new here, and still trying to figure out what the heck is going on, and if he says it's beyond him, then she believes him.

But, she does have the decency to flush slightly at that statement, as it is exactly what she had meant.]

[As what else does she have to say about it? The juxtaposition from the man she knew to this one... But she's staring again, and blinks, coming back to herself.]

No need to be embarrassed. And I'm sure it wasn't something I would talk about with really anyone. Time travel, not really a skill one ever expects to come across, even with so many possibilities for mutations.

[He still sometimes wakes up thinking it was a dreaming but no. It definitely wasn't.]

[Maybe some of the other teachers, those who had been there- Storm, Scott, heck, maybe even Logan. Rogue's barely become an X-Men though.]

The... school? You have one here?

I do. I was able to purchase property in Kauto's Region Five and register it as a boarding school. It is, unfortunately, not very furnished but it is a home and a school as alike the one on Earth as I could manage. And you are welcome. I'm sure the others would have it no other way.

[But she is an X-Man, when she comes from. And Charles isn't goin to stop her from coming back.]

[As she has no idea.]

Would you prefer to? I've given Kurt and the others the option of calling me Charles but I hadn't opened a school at that point, we were still at the Midway Hub or on the Moira.

I don't really- whatever you want to be called?

[Charles seems too familiar, but the Professor seems a bit too formal.]

I suppose we can test the waters as we go, see what feels best. My sister once suggested 'Professor X' for me.

[Who in the what now?

Although it's not like they are bffs, and she's not going to go prying in to anything. She gets that enough with her abilities.

But her lips do twitch, thinking that over. A younger hipper name for a younger Professor?]

Sounds as good a plan as any.
