[Levi is standing in what is left of the gardens. The giant tree that was once big, green and full of life if now cold, colorless, and sharp with glass. He doesn't like it, but there isn't anything he can do about it so he doesn't mention it. He doesn't look shaken, or upset from all the violence, death and insanity that just happened around them. Honestly, he doesn't show much of any emotion at all.]

The gardens aren't that safe anymore with the glass everywhere.

[There is mewing off camera. The cats from the tree and that roam the gardens are no doubt the cause as they linger at his feet in search for attention.]

Is there anywhere to move the cats? Also I need a place for my horse.

[Just as he says that, a black muzzle of a horse comes right at Levi's ear and snorts a lung full of air into his hair. Levi doesn't wince, but he frowns and looks mildly annoyed.]

Stop being gross. [His eyes flicker to the horse. His hands comes to the muzzle and the camera catches that tiny smile before it shuts off.]

I'd be willing to take in a few of the cats. I've brought some of them home with me before; they don't seem to mind.

[ With luck it will only be temporary until the gardens are put right. ]

There's no one in the hold right now. If it hasn't been glassed irreversibly, it might be a good place to keep the kittens — I had the cells retrofitted when we were at The Collective. Air conditioning and everything.

Would probably work for the horse, too.

If there's no safe place to move the cats, I could probably take in a few until things get fixed.

...He's in the process of making sure it's okay with one of his roommates but dammit if cats in unsafe environments don't make him want to instantly leap in to help them. It's a weakness. ]

I haven't personally been able to check on what parts of the ship are safer yet but my room was at least safe from the glassing.
