Video [Forward Posted to about 5/5 or thereabouts]
[Some people may think their MIDs are a bit broken considering this post consists of nothing more than a glowing blue square, but then again those in the know just likely wonder why Black-Box even uses the video function at all.]
Well, as much as I would like to give some uplifting speech about hope and chance in regards to this fascinating discovery on this planet, I'm a bit too much of downer for such a thing.
Instead I'd like to propose a bit of an experiment and subsequent action if the scenario moves into a positive spectrum of things. Has anyone gone into one of these dimensions and brought things back with them? If you have are they still functional and what they are supposed to be? Has anyone brought food through with no decay or changes into the makeup of said food? Have we attempted to see if things from those dimension once brought through are on the same sort of time limit as we ourselves our in regards to be pulled back to our original point of entry after time has passed?
If such tests are done and nothing lasting happens to that which is pulled through, we could have ourselves a way to stock up emergency supplies in the event of any excitement we may come across once we leave this planet. Especially, considering how sporadic and not all that useful many supplies that mysteriously appear can be. It would especially be a nice way to collect armaments in the event we do run into a hostile force, or end up in need of medical supplies that are currently not in stock or available on board.
This is an opportunity that we should take advantage of while we still have such an opportunity as the gatekeeper seems not at all that put out in allowing multiple trips through her Ingress.

That is, as long as they won't be missed. [No theft.]

Have there been any changes to said items? Do they work as they are supposed to?

I'm quite certain our crew will make certain that if they do decide to help themselves to supplies that it will be done with the best regards in mind. After all, it wouldn't do to steal something that would then have us having to not used that world for more supply runs at a later date. That would be crass and horrible planning.
[Sorry Shep, BB rolls with people who would make your paragon ideals twitch.]

I'd imagine that most things people would need aboard the Moira can be taken without too much fuss, though. We have a stock of medical supplies, and most basics are covered. We don't need to take luxury items. I think anything people would be after would be something specific to their universe — a specific kind of medicine, or a weapon unobtainable on-board.

Do you think the things will vanish or break down or something?

Better to be safe then find out weeks later supplies had gone bad or returned to their home after an allotted time.

Though, yes I was hoping for things that would be needed for specific individuals along with just having a nice emergency cache that can be doled out in the event of separation or emergencies on planet. Field rations while not the highest of cuisine are very durable and shelf stable, and as we've seen with some planets having supplies to 'rough' it would also help if someone gets too far from home.

I'm certain many of us have connections back home that it wouldn't necessarily be stealing or find moments where we liberate items that are just going to be destroyed or lost to time. Why I'm certain I could gain some permissions and papers to allow us to take things due to the priority of studying and understanding the threat that is this Ingress in regards to our home after all.
I'm not stating in anyway for anyone to actually hold up a bank or such and all.

(I'm mostly just teasing you, you know. Of course the things that would be easiest to appropriate would be things that wouldn't be missed or that could be obtained legally.)

what a long wait for such a lame tag my bad
A pleasure to meet you digitally, BB. I'm not much of an engineer, but I do my best.
