The death penalty and banishment are both unfortunately out. The Ingress makes sure of that. So for one thing, we ought to work on figuring out how to make banishment permanent. But we have a full-time staff in the hold, as long as people are doing their jobs. Jail time, work load, counseling? Some combination of these. And something for sure longer than a week in the hold. A week? That's a joke.
