democracy alone doesn't confer morality. and there are procedures in most worlds for emergency psychiatric treatment, regardless of patient wishes.

the medical facilities here are hardly equipped to handle his physical repairs. like it or not, alan bradley is the closest thing on board that we have to a program doctor. i understand the opposition. but i stand by him in this.
