[ You can learn a lot about the culture of a ship through its rules. He rules out HYDRA -- they're usually more cruel and efficient than this. 1. But of course. You put a load of morally ambiguous people on a space ship and expect peace? Didn't work for Helios, won't work for this one.
2. "The Brig" seems to be the answer to every crime.
3. No. I don't have the precise galactic co-ordinates any more, but it's close to the Eden system.
