Usually it's the ceiling, but today he takes the time to set it up so that it pans across pallets upon pallets of little ... flora looking items.

Is anyone here good with plants? Like setting them up with the best chance to ... no, no, leave it!

[ A little taskbot is attempting to make off with one of the plants and Adrien is quick to retrieve the baby plant and then carefully redirect the taskbot towards a patch of grass. ]

As I was saying, best chance to thrive. My only real practical experience was with a meat eating plant, which these -thankfully- are not.

[ There is another pause as the doctor has to carefully shoo yet another taskbot away from the pallets. ]

Additionally ... has anyone been working to reprogram these 'bots? I'm sure they could be helpful were they not ... nooooooo! [ One had it's pruning sheers out and was about to cut off the stem of a baby plant, Adrien managed to save the plant but got his hand caught in the sheers, resulting in some rather enthusiastic cursing as the camera feed shut off. ]

[This whole thing would've been amusing, if he hadn't ended up getting hurt. She looks a little concerned, but figures he doesn't really want a big deal made of anything.]

If you need help with that, I've been told I'm an expert at bandaging. I might be able to help with the plants, too.

I don't have anything particularly helpful to add on either front. I'm no good with plants, and I'm sure there are more capable AI engineers on the station. However, I have acquired a considerable amount of seeds that I would like to see go to the right hands. So if anybody who knows what they're doing in the greenery gets in touch with you, would you mind passing their information to me so I could get the seeds to them?

I can confirm that it was painful.

[ He sounds more aggrieved than actually hurt at this point. ]

[ As injuries went it was fairly minor. At least to Adrien's way of thinking, and he did have direct access to the band-aids. ]

The degree from my cracker jack box says I'm an expert at bandaging as well, though I appreciate the thought.

The bigger priority is getting these plants safe and hopefully well on their way to growing.

[ This news comes with another snippet of Adrien rushing to a corner to chase a bot away from a vulnerable plant. ] No! It doesn't need more water.

[ Adrien really is going three different direction at once as he chases 'bots away from their attempts to 'help'. ]

If I hear from anyone, I will send them your -no, get away from that!- way.

[Sorry, pal. Nate's not laughing at you, he's just...laughing at the situation? Which is pretty much the same thing.]

At least they want to be helpful instead of staging a robot uprising.

[ Holy smokes, Doc, what have you gotten yourself into now? ]

[ You're laughing at him. MmmHmm. Next time you're passed out drunk, you're getting sharpie on your face Nate. ]

[ Apparently he's gotten himself into the middle of a nest of malfunctioning little 'bots who want to raise baby plants.

[ She gave a small pause. ]

They don't need to be destroyed. [ If that was the case he did have his gun with him. ] They're just ... confused.

[ There was a brief pause as Adrien swung around a pallet of baby plants and scooped up a 'bot. He transferred it, little legs wriggling in the air, somewhere off screen. ]

I thought about trying to keep them in Medbay, but the greenery seemed a better nursery.

[ Whoops, he's after another one and there is a flash of blood as his hand moves to grab a leg. ]

Uh, how about no on bringing the bots into Medbay. They'll make a mess of everything. I think the greenery was a good idea, just as long as they stay away from the tree I'd planted.

[ She gave a heavy sigh and began to head for the closet to fetch that broom. ]

At least wrap up your injury so you aren't dripping blood everywhere, Adrien.

I meant the plants! [ He called out from somewhere off screen. ] Meh Yewll had something similar setup back on the Moira.

Uh, yeah about that. If you could grab one of the first aid kits?

Oh, sure, don't worry I'll even grab the kitchen sink along the way and bring that as well.

[ The first aid kit is snagged, as per his request. ]

That's actually a good idea.

I'm sure the sink would fit fine in a pocket. [ He sassed back, voice fading slightly as he was chasing another 'bot away. ]

Yewll made it work. This way we can work on putting together remedies we know are safe for the population on this station, rather than relying on hoping we end up in places with safe chemical medications.

I just need to hope I kept that one book I had.

I've been attacked by them before. Reprogramming is...ah. Variable. I can assist, however.

[But he's looking at the plants. With keen interest:] What varietal are they?

[It's... kind of endearing, honestly, seeing Adrien bopping around with the plants. Very human.]

There's a couple people who've been working in the Greenery who have experience. I think Lavellan's been kicking around in there? Maybe you could get him to run distraction, at the least.

Any assistance with these 'bots would be appreciated. Particularly if we could get them back to working with the plants rather than harming them.

[ He had some coding skill, but it was not really his favorite part of the wheelhouse; particularly if someone with more experience could tackle the challenge.

As for the question about the plants. ]

A wide variety of species, each known for either a medicinal property or can be used in conjunction with a couple others represented here to produce a medical aid.

More like a green thumb of necessity. Seems to be our best shot, at the moment, for creating a renewable medicinal supply.

[ There is a thud and the sound of metallic scampering, combined with Adrien cursing and then he can be seen chasing down a 'bot that is trying to make off with a baby plant. ]

Give that back, it's NOT trash!
