The condoms alone could be used for the following:
- canteen (natural elasticity)
- fire starter (keeps tinder dry, burns well)
- weapon component (slingshot)
- first aid (sterile cover for wounds)
- gun muzzle cover (keeps out sand/mud/water/etc)

That's five for just the the first thing on your list.
