This is Queen Elsa of Arendelle.

[ She appears on the network calm and composed, no smile or anything, but she hesitates after speaking. She feels a bit awkward about addressing everyone on the ship so soon after her arrival, but it's important. It's an important step in her plan to keep herself at a distance from others, to keep them all safe from her. So here she is, likely to sound like a horribly rude person, but it needs to be done. ]

...I suppose titles have no meaning here anymore. No matter. This is Elsa, and I would simply like to request that those of you on the same deck as me avoid my room. Consider it off limits. I-- I have a certain need for privacy and don't like to be disturbed.

That said, now for those that I work with: please keep your distance from me while we work together. I...wouldn't want anything to happen. By that, I mean I... I have an aversion to touch. It makes me uncomfortable and I wouldn't want to make anyone else uncomfortable, either.

I realize these may seem like odd requests, but they are what I require. Thank you for taking them into consideration and thank you for your time.

[ There's a curt nod, and the video feed cuts off. ]

I'm trying to avoid anyone getting hurt, that's what this message is for. Not to warn them that they will be hurt if they come near!

It's all the same to me, darling. Were you given a mercifully isolated assignment? Many of them seem to be in the thick of things.

[her tone is quite thick with disgust.]

I've been told that I have two other co-workers, so...unfortunately not. However, I've also been told that the two also prefer to keep to themselves, so I may be alright there. It's more the mess hall duties that have me concerned at this point...

[ She'd be wringing her hands right now if her MID wasn't on her wrist, preventing her from doing so if she wants to video chat properly. ]

Perhaps they'd understand you taking a sick week or five. More for everyone else than yourself.

Though, I can't help but wonder what would happen if someone was to refuse to participate...

[ And she does find that important, even if her cooperation...might be complex to include. Fidgeting on screen, Elsa glances away from the screen and shakes her head slightly. ]

One can't help but wonder what happened to the original crew. Ah, c'est la vie.

You'd do well to ask your co-workers for advice. You seem... what, 12? 12 years old? They probably know about the whole isolation thing better.

That...is an interesting question...

[ She's offended by the implication that she's a mere 12 years old, however, and sits up straighter. A much more stiff expression crosses her face. ]

I fully intend to ask for advice, though I'll have you know that I am not 12. I'm 21, and I have plenty of experience and understanding of isolation.

I'm sure you do.

[she waves a hand.]
