This is T-O-D, Deputy of Ingress Contingency Coordination, reporting a catastrophe of UNPRECEDENTED proportions!

On Day 77 of our current cycle, two recent residents of Thisavrou exceeded their clearance. They were discovered in a restricted sector of the Ingress Complex, engaging in Acts of Deliberate Sabotage. And fighting! The damage to the Ingress is currently unknown, and under evaluation by our finest technicians.

As a result of these barely-speakable crimes, the Ingress is currently restricted to authorized personnel. This means outbound travel-- like those idiots who brought the flesh goo back-- is currently forbidden. If you have to ask, that means you! If you don't have to ask, it's still you!

With all due respect, Deputy, those 'idiots' risked their well being and lives on Savrou's behalf for the sake of good diplomatic relations between Savrou and Asteroid 276. That, or they were extremely uninformed on the risks of outbound travel to Exploration Class worlds.

It was the Ingress Complex's responsibility to ensure that proper detection, decontamination and quarantining procedures were in place long before allowing people through the portal in the first place. It was the Ingress Complex's responsibility to ensure that individuals going on outbound travel are qualified for Exploration Class.

I have seen multiple instances of children being let through and any information on post-travel procedures available to me, I had to seek out or they were self implemented.

You actively promote traveling with monetary rewards. You go and destroy Ingresses owned by other foreign bodies, claiming responsibility for Ingress Tech for the betterment of all universes. Despite this, implementation of basic safety protocols to protect your explorers and your people have been poor at best.

This is your technology. Everyone or thing that comes through the portal because of its constant malfunction or your poorly placed protocols are your responsibility. This continued misplacement of blame and smear campaigning against travelers and new arrivals needs to cease and tensions defused.
