You mean from a couple of weeks ago? One of my neighbors identified it as an animal heart, so I invited her (...and her family and a few friends she wanted to invite...) to come over and cooked mine up in the manner of stone soup. I learned what the best vegetables and spices are for local cuisine.

Even under all the spices, heart's got a lot of taste. So did some of the vegetables. But there wasn't anything wrong with it.
