Well, I guess that depends. There's something similar on my world. Not that I can actually read it, only mages can. They aren't necessarily 'words' as we understand them. Kind of like an elemental signature. At least that's how I've come to understand them.

But if the Ingress is pumping these things out, then they have to mean something right? They're an end result.
