So. I don't really know how to put this, but since we're all now in the planetary destruction club, I thought I'd bring up that some of us already have had to ride that sort of disaster out. I did about thirty years ago. Or a few thousand, give or take some sleeper pod ark travel. I'm not a touchy "hold hands and talk" kind of doc, but I am one that gives some shtako about your health and a lot of it has to do with your head.
Do what you need to do take care of yourself. We got a guy for you to talk to. Find someone else who's been through it. Make sure you remember to eat. Do something to distract yourself. Working, reading, something creative. This is really hard, but at this point everyone's done all they can do for them. You have to repair yourself.
That said, we had people that had very serious permanent damage to their bodies. Limbs lost, extensive nerve-damaging scarring, the works. If anyone would like to help on a prosthesis project and physical therapy areas in the rec room it would be very helpful.
