There's a rec room? Exercise machines, treadmills, a swimming pool. I go and exhaust myself on those if I can't sleep. Sometimes I just get up and go back to work.

Wish I could give you some good advice on that. Sometimes I stay up all night, but a soldier generally grabs shut-eye when he can. Especially in the field.
