[It would seem that someone has just been handed a copy of the welcome guide -- and instructed on a few basics, or he wouldn't know how to transmit this video -- and it would seem, also, that he is not entirely impressed by what he found in the guide. The video is just wide enough of an angle to show what appears to be a smear of blood on his shirt.]

It's nice. Someone clearly put a lot of work into it. It's not exactly helpful though, is it?

[It seems to have glossed over quite a few things, or ignored them entirely.]

For instance, for all the trouble it goes to to tell us where we are now, it says nothing about how we get home again.

[He'd really like to get back there. He's got people to kill things to do.]

Or even how we got here. Which is what I'd really like to know.

[Logan is not necessarily thrilled to be here, but at least the kids are more or less safe, until they all find their way home. But that sense of calm just went out of the window when Magneto's face shows on Logan's TAB. The Wolverine grits his teeth unhappily:]

Don't you think we'd all be gone already if we knew how to get back home?

[He raises an eyebrow slowly at the blood on the other mutant's shirt:]

Still in the business of killing humans I see.

[Let's be real here, it's nothing new. And Logan doesn't really expect to have an effect on anything Erik thinks. He's not naive like Charles.]

Even if it means war, right?

You came to start one here too?

[No matter what the kids say, no matter how he might have changed in the future, enough to let the Professor believe in him again, Logan is not a fool. And there's nothing that will ever make him trust Magneto.]

Yeah, you made that clear enough in Washington. [A pause, where Logan frowns slightly] You made that clear all of your life, actually.

Because it's in you to raise up arms? Although you'll find here that not just mutants have powers. You might be all mixed up with choosing a faction.

[Because apparently, aliens are a thing here.]

Maybe there's a reason for that. [He hasn't felt at peace in a long time.]

That doesn't sound like much of an issue to me. [Mutants should stick together.]

There's never a good reason for killing innocent people. Not even being an asshole like you. [He knows how it feels, Erik. He's been there, and it's nothing he would wish on anyone. Not even you, though good luck making him admit it.]

So it's still us versus the world, huh?

You assume they're innocent. [He has a reason for what he does, even if no one else sees that way.]

Has the world accepted us for who we are? [Until they do, he won't accept them.]

War always result in innocent people getting in the crossfire. [Erik knows that best, more than anyone else too.] Those who's blood you wear might have deserved it, but it will get out of hand, eventually. It always does.

This world has hostile aliens. I'm pretty sure mutants are the least of the Savrii's concerns.

[You know, until one tries to take over the world or something.]

This wasn't part of a war. It was an isolated incident.

I don't think I need to remind you that there are innocent mutants out there who have died for no reason other than that they were mutants. Should those murders be allowed to slide just to protect a few "innocent" people?
